Look closely at the the negative reviews. 100% true. I have a problem with the fact that these doctors are OK with you going WITHOUT YOUR MEDICATIONS. You can t get unlimited refills. if you can t make your appt...AUTOMATIC $50 fee. Even if it was a small mix up with the appt times 50$ FEE !! I had scheduled an appt...a few hours later i got a confirmation text asking if i could still make my appt, but it was for a TOTALLY different time. I brought it up to the receptionist attention and she got smart with me, she said that my original time was unavailable and she didn t know what happened...like oh well . These people are careless. Especially those who work the front desk. It s sad
