Literally just got off of the phone with the owner...

Literally just got off of the phone with the owner to obtain information from a property I rented from him to include in my bankruptcy. He was rude and spoke in a condescending tone. Very unprofessional. Their properties are high priced for the area that they are located. They do not fix their properties the correct way by hiring cheap laborers. The home I rented was infested with termites and they attempted to correct it twice and it didn t work. I eventually couldn t live in those conditions with a new born. The house should have been torn down long ago.
