I had an issue with a commercial apartment group where upon move in date the apartment was not up to the standards agreed upon when I signed the lease. They agreed to break the lease and I was told a check would be sent out in a week. A month passed and no check. So I went back to their office to inquire and to my surprise there was a different management group that had no idea of my issue and told me I had to contact the previous management at the corporate level. After many attempts to get in touch with the corporate group I wasn t getting anywhere. I couldn t even get in touch with anyone at corporate except for an answering machine. That s when I turned to legal action and acquired the services of this firm. Mr. August Ventura esq. was quick to act and within a week I received a check from the apartment group returning my deposit. Fees were standard and I was happy to get my money back. I feel had I not attained legal services I would not been successful on my own to get the corporation to return my money
