The room was broken shower and unfortunately until the partial repair was not possible to bathe in lukewarm water - the shower flew only boiling water. It would be much more inconvenient if not the kindest reception staff - especially Kasia (unfortunately I do not remember the name, but it was something related to the angel, which was very adequate to the behavior of Mrs. Kasia :)) Care, delightful disposition and quickness of the case it compensated for any inconveniences. I have always thought that one should appreciate good employees, Ms. Katarzyna is certainly such. It performs its duties even above the requirements, which makes me feel comfortable in the hotel.
