Wish there was an option of no stars instead of on...

Wish there was an option of no stars instead of one....then I'd put 0 stars!
Firstly, I apologize if this sounds dramatic, but I'm very upset and everything I say is all true...no exaggerations either.

Worst hospital ever!! Dr. Strauss is one of the worst and rudest doctor I have ever met, and I have met and seen plenty (my maltese suffers from liver shunt, kidney stones, blindness, and more- but my baby is a fighter and we were told he wouldn't past 3 months and he's 7 years old with the help of God!!).

Back to the review....after Dr. Justin H. Strauss learning that I was not willing to allow my dog to be experimented with and pay thousands of dollars, he was so rude, didn't want to talk, and even cursed at me!! I was furious!! And the front desk...forget about it, I don't even want to go there!!

And when I sent to get him (i did not call to let them know i was on my way) The front desk called the back end to get him...i heard him scream really loud (yes I know my dog's bark and cries) and when he came back he was all wet, and mute!! Just imagining what had happened gives me chills! Most likely he had poop allover and she rushed to wash it off before i saw him. Because he is blind, he sometimes steps on his poop if I'm not home and that gets him sick- I'm pretty sure any one would be sick. But he's suppose to be check on constantly especially with the fact that my dog went there because of respiratory issues and knowing he wasn't breathing right, you'd think he was being checked enough times...obviously NOT!! I also specifically told them that my dog had a special diet, including no meat and sure enough they fed him hotdogs!! Worst meat to eat! And of course, my dog was sick. Can you imagine mixing hot dogs and dog poop to a sick dog!?!?

I would never take my dogs there again! BE WARNED...and don't make this mistake! (Unless you are extremely rich and have money to throw in the air...and if the doctors know that, you'd probably get the perfect treatment and your dog will be given the best care ever) -____- But I'm pretty sure that's not the case to many, including myself.
