I have stayed at this hotel twice in the past 2 years and while 1st time, the experience wasn't as good either, I thought I won't post it in a review because it can happen. This time I feel like I have to, though.

Upon arrival, hotel blocked around 125% of the total amount for entire stay on my credit card. That felt strange but I thought it doesn't matter since it'll be returned in couple of days.
Several days after I left the hotel, the amount was still blocked. Since the same issue happened the first time I stayed (using different card at the time), I contacted hotel directly, instead of bank first. Hotel told me they released the money immediately upon check out.
Checked with bank, not true. Another email to hotel, 4 days later reply - "sorry, we just released it now" so they lied the first time...week later, amount still blocked. Several unhelpful emails later I gave up.
When it was one month after this happened, the bank could finally nullify the block of 1100 EUR.

We also used this hotel for an event, during which several various things were stolen from event space, in total around 20k EUR worth. Staff seemed completely uninterested when we told them about it, took them 3 hours to look through the security camera footage and only then they called police, despite them saying otherwise.

All in all, while stay at this hotel is comfortable, there are issues you'd expect maybe from budget hostels and I won't ever stay here again and recommend others to do the same.
