My first visit Grand Hyatt was good; so I return.

My first visit Grand Hyatt was good; so I return.
This time, I am so disappointed. I felt like I stay in 2-star hotel. Room: Small and has a bad-smelling. Room 1101 I felt so claustrophobia. I asked front desk to change, they did, but give me the same type of room, just higher floor-2508 and SMELL so bad as we walked in).
I felt why try to ask again, if they did not get at first time. I should have to tolerate the smell...I am not return.
