Today we met with John, the owner. But our first interaction began with speaking to someone from their office when we began to look for a general contractor. Needless to say we have been very impressed with J Francis Company throughout our initial interactions with the office admin and follow up emails to coordinate our first meeting. One can easily see why they come so highly recommended. John's approach to helping us understand our options and the process was not only helpful and appreciated, but genuine. He listened to us and "our story before even talking about himself. Most contractors want to tout how great they are with a sales pitch right off the bat. He is realistic about project expectations on cost and design and does not try to "sell" you in order to make more money. J Francis Company will be our first choice when it comes to GC work in Pittsburgh hands down!
