I went to this dealership to buy a 7 passenger Kia sorento. I evaluated different 7 passenger vehicles over the course of the last 3 months. I found the Kia Sorento to be the best fit for my family of 4 which includes a new born and on occasion my wife's 3 siblings. I met with a salesman from the dealership and told him the make and model I wanted and 3 items that were a must-1,Apple car play, 2 heated seats, and 3 ,third row seating. I asked the salesman to send me what cars he had in stock with specs. After 2 days of not hearing from him I reached out and found that he ordered a car for me and assured me it had all that I wanted. The next day I took a look at the car and moved on to business for 1.5 hrs for pricing then 1.5hrs for signing and tags. The salesman only showed me a couple of things with the car and off I went. He didn't show me all the features. Over a week later my wife was puzzled on how to open the third row. I tried to open the third row only to find a styrofoam cargo insert where the seats should be . I was told when I found this issue with my purchase there is only a 5 day return policy. I do not wish to return the vehicle. I only want what i was assured i had , "the third row seating". Please contact me to fix this issue. I did not get any help from your salesman today, only received an attitude from him as if he didn't know me. I feel disrespected,taken advantage of, and have had the 1st worst new car buying experience.
