I bought almost 2 years ago a 250 w ASM100 electric grater, and it was all good until about 4 months ago the Outlet Ring that holds the Accessory Cone broke, and I could not use it anymore because I could not even get it in the technical service of my province (SDE). Bad policy for spare parts.
