id give them 0 stars if possible, they give you false information & whenever you try and ask for a time estimate they claim they dont know, or that they've been out of the office for so long. Then why work here if you work 1 day a week?! its been about 2 months and no response. if you can go somewhere else do it. pathetic insurance company
