I went in for a trim and color touch-up. My hair is light brown with highlights. I left with bright orange hair and no highlights. I asked for drk reddish lowlights and chunky blonde highlights. She said the highlights would come thru after a couple washes and the orange would go away also. If they didn't I could call and she'd fix it . Well after 1 week and 7 - 8 washes I still look like Mrs Ronald McDonald. And so I called and left a message. Guess what ? No call back and no fix. So I'll never going back to this salon . But, if someone asks about my freaky red roots and blah hair color I'll be sure to tell them where to go.
