Demetech reached out after my review. They sent a new box of the N-95 cupped masks very quickly. At first glance, look and feel, this new batch appears to be a much better quality than what I had originally received so I have changed my rating from a 1 to a 3 as of this time and will come back in a few weeks with an update to make sure this batch holds up. I appreciate Demetech reaching out quickly to resolve the issue. Mistakes happen, that's life. It's how a company handles these types of situations which makes all the difference and I don't see any reason why I wouldn't do business with them again in the future.

*Original Review*

Was excited to finally get ahold of N-95 masks, especially to support a company in the USA ( New York Times article led me to this company ). Unfortunately, that's where everything ends. I don't mind paying a slightly higher price for a superior product, but these masks are anything but superior to other N-95's I've used. Bought a box of 20 for $88.30 after shipping at $4.42 per mask. Other N-95's are half this price. After I received the shipment, 4 out of the 20 masks nose pieces did not have adhesive and fell off the mask. I only wear these masks when I go into crowded public places which is not often. I've had 3 masks, where the straps have broken after a few times putting them on. They all break in the same spot as the previous mask which shows flaws in quality from Demetech. BTW: I have a small adult sized head and I'm not stretching the bands beyond normal means to wear the mask. I call customer service and no answer! So much for getting the quality and integrity of a company that touts, 'Made in the USA" at double the price I would pay elsewhere. Their BBB rating is a 1 out of 5 as well. That says a lot!
