Worst customer support experience EVER. And that's...
Worst customer support experience EVER. And that's saying a lot. I've waited on Live Chat for 1hr+ only to be disconnected when I was finally next in line. I waited again for 45 minutes on Live Chat only to have the "person" tell me they would only send me links to help articles which I'd already tried from a previous attempt to get help from Live Chat.
I've had email support send me a phone number to call only for it to never connect to a human. After 12 minutes on hold, the system said, "Please call again. Goodbye."
After eight attempts to get help from this company, I have still yet to receive an ounce of assistance. Glad to finally have surpassed my limit. Moving on to another service.
