Hotel staff knowingly put me in a room with no working air without informing me. Was 80 degrees on the room, and ended up having to stay in another company's hotel after nearly an hour at the front desk. I tried to contact the GM the second day after and he has yet to call me back. Not happy with the situation or the management. So much for being a Hilton Honors member...
