Pathetic service .. we should not buy product from such chains. Purchased new Refrigerator on 12-06 which was delivered on same day but demo guy came on 16th after so many phone calls.
When he checked it was not working at all, and this has gone for replacement. No one from lotus called and updated the status....i have to keep calling and pushing them to deliver the replacement.
