My 2018 Grand Cherokee got stolen from Embassy Sui...

My 2018 Grand Cherokee got stolen from Embassy Suites under PMSI s care on 1/18/2021 and was never recovered.

My keys were taken out of the valet key box, and car was driven out of the gated parking lot. No signs of break in. Police report filed, they never found the car.

Their valet company, PMSI, asked me for the payoff amount for the car as they would pay for it because this only happened because of their employees negligence. It has now been over a month and nothing has happened. I am now out of a car, and have a $23,000 outstanding liability on a car that is gone.
