We had a new wedding coordinator that was unsure of basically every step of the event. Whenever I asked her a question, she was generally unable to answer it. There was miscommunication between her and Tracy about details that was frustrating. I felt like I was on my own to make the day flow on the big day. When I voiced my concerns to Tracy, she had an excuse for everything. There were huge mounds of dirt on the floor from peoples shoes tracked in from the golf course that were never cleaned up during the entire reception. We had a coffee station that was never cleaned or maintained once the caterers left after dinner. We paid $200 for the outdoor fire that was left dead for the last several hours of the reception, etc. The most frustrating part is that I felt like Tracy didn't care. She said she would get back to me about a lost item and never called back.
