Read all..Terrible experience and I honestly will not recommend doing business with them

1 Location and place terrible
2 They are changing location so they money and ripping off people
3 internet sales trick (2 posts) the same jeep
4 Acessorieso they add to the jeep are 300% over value.. you can get them in Amazon for 30 bucks and they will charge you 300 for it
5 Manager didn't even show up.. just hide behind computer..
6 they just don't care

now in the 2016 I heard this lakeland jeep... dealership was own or manage by the same people of Orlando airport jeep ( I trade my 2005 TJ for a 2015 jku with them and the service was really good).. however everything was different with this people . I saw a 2016 rubicon and I have a 2015 rubicon.. with accesories ( I know you might be aware the accesories will not add much money to your vehicle.. but there is always an effort of the dealership to try to give you the best price they can afford.. and my jeep has a AEV suspension and jeep dealerships around the country will charge you around 3000 dollars for the jeep lift.. things like this will not only make your jeep look good but if you offroad you will need those extra inches. ) however they didn't even look at my jeep. They just grab the VIN number and close the door.



Well we go inside and Then they just put on the table and offer of 36000 thousand. And I told him is a Rubicon with 9200 miles.. basically new and with a lift that jeep dealerships around the country charge customer thousand of dollars for it. I was not expecting to get all the money for it but at least something and there answer was the computer value your jeep at 36 and we can't give you more.. ( you are delaing with people not machines.so dont pretend you are machine ) and I asked him how much I would need to pay for those 2 ones. And he told me 2500 plus al the dealer ships fees.. for the cheaper one and 4500 plus the dealer ship fees. And I told him that my jeep was impecable .. practically new..with seat covers .. light bar with switches in the left side of the dash perfectly install and by professional.. CB radio mounted with a center headconsole.. LED headlights lights and led tail lights. And the manager said 36 is all we can give.. right there in went on their only page and I saw they are selling a jeep 2015 WRANGLER with 20000 miles for 36 thousand ( the same price they are giving me for a rubicon .. and I look at this and left. Because I know this guy's are not only trying to make money with what they are selling but also making a crazy amount of profit with your vehicle.
So I left.
I got an email and a call. The next day.. and I told the girl that I have no complaints about the sales guy but the manager need to go to school and learn something about customer relationship and marketing. But then the sales guy send me an email and he said that he will be there for me when I need him .. so I thought it was nice.. I did speak well about him on the call. So I told him hey I still like 2 black Rubicons ask your manager how much he will give me for mine again. And he came back with same answer. .. so I went online took a screenshot of the price and ask him how much was the Rubicon with the hard Rock bumpers Internet price.. and he came back with a different price 300 dollars more and then I remember that the same thing happens that day and I went visit the dealership. Same jeep diferentes price.hi
