While the service I got when I brought my car in for a software update was good, I was somewhat put off by the Honda service persons attempt to solicit an "'Excellent" rating. I have heard of other services at other manufacturers that solicit positive evaluations in order that they get higher bonuses. I would prefer that service people simply provide good service and refrain from trying to, otherwise, obtain positive ratings.
