The staff was amazing and always helpful. The food options were great. There was a lot of variety.

It is SO convenient to take the buses (that run in appropriate intervals) from the resort to the parks.

We were given a $30 Disney gift card to agree to no cleaning service while we were there. This was met with many towels in the room, as well as plenty of toilet paper and extra trash bags and trash cans. It did take a bit longer to receive the gift card than expected and I was unable to use it at the park I wanted to purchase something, but I did eventually get it.

The rooms could use updating. Our shower faucet was leaky.

We were disappointed with two large pools that there was no hot tub.

We would stay at this resort again.
