Having lived in London for a number of years we've had to deal with some very questionable service in the past, but Chase Apartments have been excellent. They've gone out of their way to ensure we settled into the flat as quickly as possible and resolve issues (which are no fault of their own) without question or delay. A friendly and proactive team.
