First off, these guys only work on arrow electric bikes. They won't help you with any other kind of bike unless you just need air.

These guys are technically skilled and their prices are cheap but they are often bad to their customers. Make sure as soon as you arrive that they can actually fix what you need, it's happened a couple times that I've waited up to an hour for them to tell me they don't have the part.
If you show the slightest attitude prepare to get yelled at In broken english.
Also know that if you buy a bike new only the motor and battery are under warranty. If multiple other thing break immediately (as they did with me) you'll have to pay full price to get them fixed
