Review of Irene Palace Hotel

I stayed for a week with my girlfriend.

I stayed for a week with my girlfriend.
We were assigned a double room with two separate single beds overlooking the parking lot.
The cleaning of the room was quite good except for the fact that in 8 days they never changed the bed sheets.
The food, to say the least exaggeratedly spiced, leaves a lot to be desired, including breakfast. Water and milk watered down. Despite having the all inclusive package practically every day we were forced to eat outside.
Various selection of food but without any description, at most an image of the animal that made up the dish. Italian cuisine to be avoided. Overcooked pasta.
Total absence of jugs to be filled with water. Whenever you are thirsty, you have to get up and go to fill the glass at the vending machine.
In the hotel there is the rule "Who arrives first, the better you stay" both as regards the tables during meals and for the deckchairs in the pool / garden. It has happened several times to not find a place and to be forced to go around in circles hoping that someone will free at least one.
Very nice entertainers, especially Luca and Marco, but with a not very creative animation program for a 4-star hotel.
Not at all invasive photographers, very nice, with an excellent taste for photos and very helpful.
Really excellent location for those wishing to visit the main cities comfortably, as long as you rent a means of transport. I recommend the car instead of the bike as they don't know how to drive at all.
The really beautiful sea, nothing to say about it.
To be a 4 star hotel I expected more.
