After finding location on the internet what was pictured and described sounded wonderful. Booked a three day stay July 28. On arrival place was not what was described on internet as a Beach Resort. Rooms were clean but run down we paid extra for oceanfront room with balcony but no chairs were on the balcony to sit and watch the ocean. Really why pay for oceanfront when you cant sit and watch. I did inquire if any chairs were available and they said no many people complain about that. 4 bath towels given no washcloths or hand towels available they do not provide. Beautiful pool described but pool area run down needed work. Restaurant in place was really disappointing . Slow service, leave people standing, discourage you from sitting outside or at table encourage you to sit at bar if you want good service. Had to sit at bar they gave us menu and told us to hurry up and order as kitchen very behind. Witnessed many parties walk out one party was a party of 9 people. Went for breakfast which was awful eggs as hard as rocks when ordered over light could not replace as they ran out of eggs. One piece of toast given as they ran out of bread. Staff in restaurant very pleasant but very few and not working together. I understand place is under new management with whom we saw in the office with shades down. I did send a email to Theresa Perry personally regarding our experience before posting publicly but never got a response which was even more frustrating. My opinion is maybe shut at least restaurant under fully staffed and provide the service advertised. A few chairs on the balcony for people to sit. Housekeeping cleaning room at 5 pm, vending machines fixed. When management receives a email about service there should be a response. That would show good customer service as you establishment advertised.
