Over the years we have worked with several property managers who over promised and under delivered. Cyndi took over management of our rentals just over a year ago. Since then we net more rental income, have had less turnover and fewer issues. Her communication is fabulous and monthly/year end statements are always sent in a timely manner. More money and less of our time spent dealing with rental properties is a WIN for me!
