We had reservations for 2 rooms, upon arrival At 7 pm they could only find 1 reservation, offered to pull in a rollaway bed for a slumber party and kept blaming the third party booking agency. Eventually moving us to a double, so rooms were available but not under our reservation. Convinced me to book another room for the next day so only our 1st day of celebrating my son graduation from UAB would be ruined. At roughly 1:00 am they call with apologies and said they found the reservation and it was their error, So we finally moved a third time at about 2 am.
Through the dramatic ordeal it was the poor point the finger attitude rather than solve the problem attitude that rates their establishment the lowest in 50 years of traveling across the world. Absolutely the worst, if you have an event to celebrate I would look elsewhere Biloxi is fantastic with many great establishments.
