Their expectation of what it means to be compassionate does not align with my own. I cannot question their vetinary procedural competence but if you want heartfelt compassion then this is not the place for you and your furry loved ones. Sure it's a business but judgment and money prioritised over care and compassion and that's not what I look for in an animal hospital.
