Been staying here for a while. Family loved it. Perhaps the MCO made them forget their standards of hospitality. Park Royal is not selling rooms but client experience and it starts with the car park. Their business is too good that the attendant is abrupt, ice and water machine is not working due to SOP, called and requested but didn t arrive after an hour. It s no longer the same experience like before. U use the facility and they will stop you abruptly due to SOP (not sure if it is made up). Stood at the concierge to validate my parking token for 10 minutes without being attended to
