Wow. Where do I start? I have spent many hours at many different dealerships over the years going through the buying process. I have seen it all. I've experienced every type of slimy scam that you can think of. I always go into these discussions ready to do battle. Let me tell you about this company. I drove into the parking lot at Bluebonnet Jeep waiting for the vultures to appear out of nowhere and grab me before I had even turned off my engine. The reality is that this never happened. I was able to look at the vehicles on the lot without anyone bothering me. I walked to reception and a kind women asked if she could help. She very quickly helped connect me with Nancy Galyon. What an amazing salesperson.!!!!! Please. If you want a jeep go here and ask for Nancy!!!! Do not go anywhere else. We negotiated a price pretty quickly. I felt my requests were reasonable and we came to a common ground. There was no going backwards and forwards followed by the sales manager trying to push and convince me that his offer was the best offer I was going to get this century. They offered me a fair trade price for my own car. Right I thought...time for the final battle.....the finance people. Headed off to see Janeele Apron. Another amazing person. I cannot recall an easier buying process than the experience I had just yesterday. I was taken around and introduced to the parts dept and the service guys. Every one of them was friendly. Its like one big happy family there. One more thing. I realized that the rubber mats had not been fitted or provided in the car. Because I live an hour away from Bluebonnet they have, at their own cost, arranged for UPS to deliver them within a couple of days. Just amazing...the best service I have ever had. Nancy. Thank you! I will be a repeat customer.
