MY HOA uses them as well so far they have taken me...

MY HOA uses them as well so far they have taken me for over 6k . Yes what they do is criminal. Just keep getting new revised Garnishment Mails.
Trying to deal with them is like winning lottery.. Lucky if they reply and luckier if it is not Cryptic or hand written Itemization. I can't get a total amount owed from them which makes sense since they keep adding Bonus Charges.
