I bought a new car from your dealership. You advertised and sold the navigation package with live traffic GPS. It does not have live traffic. I have been waiting for almost three months for resolution and compensation. The delay has been less than satisfactory. And still no resolution. Not a happy customer!

Follow-up five months later....after asking me to wait 72 hrs for resolution it is now five months later. I was informed that head office would not compensate for the GPS with NO live traffic, even though that's what i paid for. Furthermore, they advised thst all advertising material as subject to change at any time. So if you are promised an option in writing and you buy, oh well, that is subject to change. I was also told verbally that my car came with 5 year warranty only to be told later that a mistake was made and it's not. If you buy an option that somehow does not end up in your car, i would expect no recourse.
