As a former driver of the year 2008 "when it was Great American but still under Universal control" you watch yr paycheck get smaller each week while yr truck continues to break down. Went this summer without ac in the bunk for over 2months, truck broke down once a week for 7 weeks straight, no other truck to switch out too & got layover pay once in that period of time $60.

Really sad who the company is ran now, really liked all the dispatchers.
