My very first apartment was at one of their Bloomington locations where I also worked for them, as my family grew and my apartment needs changed I did end up moving and no longer working for their company, once we were looking to rent again we only considered Highlands properties and because of how well they treat both their residents and employees I made the choice to change careers and become part of their team again.
