For the past month I have been in Parkway Honda twice. I've been doing an oil change as well as fixing some parts of my 2017 Honda. Pratheese Premanathan, an assistant service manager, assisted me both times. He is a very fast thinker who knows how to properly treat customers. When my car was in the service centre, he was always giving me a call with the best attitude, and he was trying to do his best to make sure the car repair was done on time. Definitely coming back to Parkway Honda again!
