I have been very frustrated with my whole experience dealing with this company. Called in November 2018 as electric fireplace did not work which I purchased two years ago so it was out of warranty. It was encouraging they did ship me a new circuit board but it did not correct the problem. Called back and they said they would sent me another board. It is now mid-February 2019 and still no board despite several calls. Beautiful fireplace was it has not worked all winter which is disappointing.
