I would not go at lunch time and expect to get in ...

I would not go at lunch time and expect to get in and out. Other than one other car in a bay, I was the only customer. There were four people working, one guy running the car wash, the manager, and two techs. I was told by one of the techs who had just pulled up from getting food for everyone that I would need to wait about 45minutes, they needed to eat lunch. Are you kidding me? The manager was out there under the hood of the other customers car, but did not come over when I asked if they closed for lunch. The technician said no, but they were short handed. So I guess all four guys had to eat together. They couldn't stagger their lunches and take care of any customers. Horrible customer service. I had lost my sticker so I asked the rude technician what was the mileage when I was in before. He sent the other guy to the back of the car to get my license plate as he walked away to hand out the chicken nuggets. You could see the kid doing the math in his head and having a difficult time with it, so I had to walk over to him and ask him what was the mileage when I was in before? It was amazing. I have two vehicles that I've brought here before, mainly because of convenience to my home. But this was enough to send my business elsewhere. I'm all about customer service, and this was not it.
