EDIT in response to reply: We called and emailed multiple times trying to contact anyone at the office who could answer our questions. We finally got an email response two weeks after we first tried to contact peak properties. The email was from Azelyn Manas and she said she would look into it and get back to us the next morning. After not getting any communication we sent a follow up email. Her response was simply that our issue had to be handled by the book keeper, Raluca. We have not heard anything since and have been unable to get into contact with anyone via phone or email. We were charged pet rent even though there are at least two places where our lease states we do not have to pay rent. We were also charged a cat fee which is stated in our lease to be a one time fee and was already paid before we moved in.
This management company is incredibly inconvenient. I noticed possible discrepancies between my lease and the rent that we were charged ( if there are, it s ILLEGAL). My partner and I have been trying to contact management for THREE WEEKS by phone and email just talk to someone to get clarification. The couple of times we did get an email response it s only saying that our issue needs to be handed over to someone else and no solution at all. If you re okay with never getting a response when you have any issue big or small then go for it. They manage some nice buildings but the horrible management company experience does not make it worth it.
