Google's review system is pathetic in that it doesn't use any verification system that the people who wrote the review are actually Google customers. Google allows 'users' the luxury of commenting on employees about anything, including defamation, insulting allusions, references to personal information that does not have to appear on the Internet, and Google does NOTHING about it. You can report an inappropriate review a thousand times that nothing will happen.
