Jeff Salyer was incredibly rude from the start. He is the Used Car Sales Manager there and as soon as I got there to pick up a car for a dealership, he said we didn't have the right paperwork. That would have been ok, but when I tried to tell him I was calling the dealer so they could get it figured out, he walked away from me. The rest of the time, when when finally came back, he was rude and slamming papers, and muttering under his breath. He said, "you'll be lucky to have this car today," in a snarky tone. I'm just a driver for the car lot. If things were off, it was not my fault, nor the other drivers I was with. It was a simple communication error that could have been resolved peacefully. I feel like he was just having a bad day, but took it out on others.
