When I first saw the menu & prices, I almost walked out. It seemed exorbitant.
BUT IT IS SO AMAZING. The experience is so worth it. They bring you in, a dedicated staff member brings you a sampler of all the ice cream flavors, they explain each one, and then you can choose from a variety of ways to consume it. I chose a sandwich of sorts, which gave me two delicious half sandwiches, each with its own flavor of ice cream.

Well worth the visit. Trust me.
