Very poorly ran, understaffed with Techs and Counselors. Lacked food options when it came to being vegetarian or vegan. Medical was just a joke, either clients weren't getting the right medication, or they would discuss your medication and not even order it. Getting a maintenance issue resolved was nearly impossible, either rooms were freezing to the point you were getting sick, or too hot to where you couldn't even get a full night of rest. Admissions lies about what the facility even intakes whether it be a pool or the "paid outings" which even isn't a paid outing they just take you to the beach, if your even lucky. Had way too many clients, probably just so they can collect the insurance money for the facility they're building they lie and talk about in admission screening. They will tell you your insurance is covering the Mandala side when really it's the AIT side. Just so many loop holes and run arounds threw the hole process and stay. The most disrespectful I found was a counselor or anyone telling me they "didn't have time for me" or "that I was an addict and that I wasn't worried about food or personal hygiene (or anything) while I was on the streets" rippin and running. By far the WORST facility I've bin to!
