The reception was very helpful. We had a room that didn t meet our expectations and they were pleased to allocate us to the rooms we actually booked with our company. The SPA crew was also very kind and professional. Though we we re not satisfied with the whole staff. At the restaurant they are very unfriendly and inattentive. They were shocked that we ordered a bottle of wine because it is an all inclusive hotel. And it took ages until the wine came with the wrong temperature. And also to pay in the end. They don t accept cards at the bar. So have enough cash with you when you wanna enjoy something off the all inclusive menu. My foot is broken so I needed assistance. None of the staff ever asked if I needed help. When I asked them very nicely to bring me a drink they refused to help me. All they answered: self service, you have to get it yourself. So over all: nice hotel but definitely not meeting the standards for a 4-star hotel in my opinion.
