A fantastic and full service realtor! I was reluctant to list my home since it was in a new development. Unfortunately, I had to move for work and was faced with the choice of renting or trying to sell. To say that I was skeptical about being able to sell my home at a decent price is an understatement. But Sherry Swift came to the rescue. She was a considerate and engaged realtor who really went the extra mile. From advise on staging to photography to listing to getting a contractor to address a couple of items that needed fixing, Sherry was absolutely on top of things. I can honestly say that she more than earned the commission. Not only did I have a buyer within three weeks, she made sure to appropriately vet their qualifications. By the time we were getting close to closing, I was out of town and Sherry stepped in to make sure minor last minute issues were taken care of. Closing was a breeze. Highly recommend her and TSG.
