My experience at the Lawrenceville location start ...

My experience at the Lawrenceville location start was professional, warm hospitality and knowledgeable. My purpose was to get my tonsils removed. I ask many questions to the nurses and doctors. They made me feel comfortable. After surgery was over, it went down hill. I was threatened by a nurse, security was called because I wanted to leave and my ride left because someone told them a longer time then what was provided to me. I am frustrated because of the information provided was wrong causing me to have transportation issues. Who like being stuck at the hospital. If this is the process how Gwinnett Medical Lawrenceville conducts business they will no longer get my money. They were looking out for my well, I apericate that but to threaten me if I live the hospital will not honor my payment arrangement, etc is poor tactic.
