I walked into the Happy Hamster to ask if someone there could replace an old, broken keyboard (a really big dog chasing a cat trashed most of the keys) with a new keyboard that I had already purchased. After having watched a YouTube demo that was supposed to tell me how to this so easily, I gave up in frustration and went for the first time to The Happy Hamster, never having been there before. They were also recommended by an Office Depot tech.

To make a long story short, the Happy Hamster folks not only swapped out the keyboards, but also - unbelievably - did not charge for their service. While I was shocked and kept offering to pay, they would not accept money. What a blessing to get my laptop back working and as a free gift!

I will definitely use their services again and The Happy Hamster has another Happy Customer!
