Customer Service is horrific. Signed up in March for weekly service and since then my pool has been cleaned twice and that was when a manager came out. After my husband and I calling every week for the last two months to complain because our pool was just as dirty when the guy left after paying $185.00 a month. The camera shows the guy walking in, flipping a switch, filling out the form and leaving - week after week. Really??? They insisted it was their best guy and he reported it was clean so it must be clean. Somehow it was my fault every week. Time to move on. I do not recommend their services. I feel ripped off.
