My recent visit to the Blackwater Correctional Facility was a good one. The facility was clean, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was positive. The programs offered to the inmates seemed to be beneficial for their rehabilitation. I appreciate the efforts of the facility in providing a safe and supportive environment for the inmates.
