Quoted a price for a service on my X6, on the day ...

Quoted a price for a service on my X6, on the day turned out to be nearly double that price because they had failed to mention the microfilters (?) needed changing. Also, charged us for a courtesy car, which I have never had with any other garage!! Emailed service manager, will be interesting to see if I get a response.
