Helpful staff, good return policies, but make no mistake it is not unusual to see a pair of shorts or a Tshirt for 60-80 bucks. However, sales can be good if you get in early, and some things have more accessible prices, like accessories: I've gotten bike parts and accessories (lights, mirror), a day pack, and a wallet here for decent prices.
